As a fitness and nutrition coach, what goes into my body is super important to me. Supplements need to be super high quality and have no artificial sweeteners. That’s how I found Promix, because when I bake or make sweet stuff I always use monk fruit as my sweetener, and Promix is one of the few supplement brands I found that uses this ingredient as a primary sweetener. So I decided to buy some of their products and test them out to see if they are worth it, and lucky for you I’m going to share all my honest takes right here so you know what products to buy and which to avoid!
Promix Video Review
What is Promix?
Promix is a supplement brand that is all about clean ingredients. They pride themselves on not using anything artificial, including artificial sweeteners like I mentioned before. The brand was founded by Albert Matheny in 2011 as he was looking for products that didn’t have any nonsense in them like fillers, gums, artificial ingredients, etc. He couldn’t find anything that met his standards, so he made it his mission to create these products himself.
Promix Products Review
Electrolyte Drink Mix

I take these every day and love the white peach. It tastes like iced tea, but I love that there are no artificial sweeteners. No sugar, which I love, so no calories but still clean ingredients.
Here’s What I Like:
- Tastes great
- Zero calories
- All clean ingredients
My Dislikes:
- Nothing to dislike here just, wish it was priced a bit lower
Whey Protein Powder
Love the cinnamon swirl. It is perfect for protein coffee but also for baking protein cookies, banana bread, etc. The powder is fine and blends easily.
Here’s What I Liked:
- Only 125 calories per scoop
- Cinnamon swirl tastes amazing and is great for so many recipes
- Again, the ingredient profile is so clean
My Dislikes:
- Not a huge fan of the vanilla flavor
- Also think that the texture is grainy and doesn’t blend as well in my protein coffee
Creatine Monohydrate
Girls, don’t be afraid of bulking here. You can do 5 grams. It will help you gain lean muscle tone and definition and build muscle faster, but it won’t make you look like a man or anything like that, so don’t be fooled. Their creatine specifically really surprised me. Many other brands get really clumpy and don’t dissolve in water very well.
Here’s What I Liked:
- Dissolves in water easily
- Simple one ingredient
My Dislikes:
- Nothing I can think of 🙂
Conclusion, Is Promix Worth Buying?
Yes, Promix is one of the only supplement brands I’ve found that is totally clean with no artificial ingredients or junk to be afraid of, yet also tastes great and works very well.
My favorite product is the electrolytes if you could only afford one product. Protein would be second on my list since it tastes so good but also has amazing macros.
Promix FAQs
Does Promix taste good without artificial sweeteners?
Yes, despite not having any artificial sweeteners, many of Promix’s flavors taste fantastic, which is why it is such a quality product. It’s very hard to do that since people are so accustomed to very sweet artificial things these days. I particularly like the White Peach electrolytes and Cinnamon Swirl protein.
Is Promix protein good for weight loss?
Yes, I think the Promix protein is very helpful for weight loss since it only has 125 calories but packs 25g of protein to help you recover after workouts or kick start your morning with some great nutrients.
Can I buy Promix in store?
As far as I am aware, you can only get Promix online.
Does Promix offer discount codes?
Yes, here are the best Promix discount codes. My only complaint with Promix is the price, but you get what you pay for and that’s why our discount is here to help you save a little bit.
